We are proud to announce the next additions to the World of PolkaPets!
PolkaPets TCG is an NFT Collectible Card Game where each PolkaPet, embodied as an artistic creature, represents a specific project within the PolkaPet ecosystem. The abilities, behaviors, and strengths of these creatures are connected to the specific vision of the Polkadot project of which that creature represents.

We also believe in the value and fun the PolkaPets TCG has to offer beyond just collectibles, so each card will be playable within a broader game that will be announced in the future.
Today, we’re excited to announce the next PolkaPet Partners: RioDefi and Crab Network (Darwinia)!
RioDefi
RioDeFi is joining the World of PolkaPets!
Rio is a friendly, noteworthy PolkaPet that has strong inner powers. Rio loves to interact with their environment and other PolkaPets because the ecosystem is important to them. They can leverage their skills to provide liquidity to the people and PolkaPets in need. They do not bode well in places that are dry.
Rio has the special move Liquidity Blast. A concentrated water bomb is released in a flower-like explosion.
Crab Network (Darwinia)
Crab Network is joining the World of PolkaPets!
Crab is nature-loving and enjoys burying itself under dirt and mud to take naps. Its legs allow it to dig fast to hide from predators. Chirpy, peaceful, and innocent, Crab brings a smile to everyone’s faces. It prides itself on being able to build the best sandcastle in town. It loves beaches and playing in the water as well. They do not bode well in places without bodies of water.
Crab has the special move Hydrorupt. A tornado of swirling water is aimed at the opponent.
Sale of the PolkaPets
RioDeFi and Darwinia are releasing their PolkaPets into the world Friday, March 26th!
Not only will these NFTs have unique utility within each partner’s platform, but each card will also play a special role within the World of PolkaPets.
Each of these NFT will have only 800 prints available for a limited-time sale on Friday and 400 prints to be saved for future promotions.
At 4 PM EST on Friday, March 26th, these PolkaPets cards will be available for sale on BondSwap.
Each card can be purchased in WETH and $BONDLY tokens. All cards will be .15 WETH and the Price Per Bondly Token will be pegged on the day of sale.
There will be a maximum of having two of the same Pet per wallet.
All prints will be sold on BondSwap.

The Evolution of PolkaPets
As the PolkaPet World introduces new partners and begins to evolve, we’ll be introducing new ways to communicate and grow the NFT and PolkaDot ecosystem.
Eventually, with the release of our cards, NFT owners will be able to play interactive games in the PolkaPets world that will reward the user in multiple different ways.

Each PolkaPet holds a unique utility that rewards community members for holding that specific PolkaPet NFT in their wallets. This could be a discount on fees, an airdrop of tokens to PolkaPet cardholders, and much more.
Also, in the PolkaPets TCG (Coming Soon), players will be able to pair their PolkaPets against each other in competitive gameplay. Players will earn rewards by winning tournaments, completing storyline tasks, and more.
