Our delay of last week’s sale to this week was a bumpy experience, including changing the sale to Thursday due to internal logistics issues.
During the initial launch of the sale, Bondswap marketplace encountered user experience issues before and during the sale for those attempting to purchase PolkaPets with Bondly tokens. While those who purchased Polkapets using Ethereum did not experience this bug, we acknowledge and apologize to those who attempted to purchase with BONDLY.
Bondly has identified the wallets that experienced problems purchasing $Bondly tokens for the PolkaPet sale. In order to express their apologies, Bondly will drop 100 $Bondly tokens to those wallets as an apology for the glitch in their servers. The airdrop will happen before Friday, April 16th.
During the sale, many attempting to purchase via $Bondly had a transaction error. We stopped the sale as soon as that bug was detected. We rescheduled the remaining sale at 6:15 EST for $Bondly token holders, which was a significant delay from our promised 4PM sales time.
Again, we apologize for these delays.
We’re in the process of identifying the wallets who faced a failed transaction error during the sale. For those who experienced this issue, we will airdrop a free NFT to the designated wallet that attempted the transaction.
